AKI India Limited was established in 1994 and is engaged in the manufacture and export of leather saddlery and harness goods, leather footwear, and finished leather, with operations supported by manufacturing and tannery facilities in Uttar Pradesh.

The Company expanded into leather footwear manufacturing in 2007-08 and subsequently undertook backward integration through its tannery operations in Unnao, strengthening control over raw material sourcing, product quality, and production processes across key leather segments.

AKI India Limited operates across export manufacturing, distribution, and retail-linked channels, supported by an established product portfolio, technical capabilities, and quality systems serving saddlery, footwear, finished leather, and leather chemical trading activities.
